All bookings are accepted on an advance booking basis only.

A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

If you need to cancel the program, please inform us at least one week in advance.

Advance payment made for a booking will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

The program duration will be approximately 2.30 to 3.00 hours.

➕ Extra Time Charges

If you wish to extend the program duration, additional charges will apply.

🏠 Venue Arrangements

Required rooms and equipment must be arranged and kept ready before the religious procession program begins.

🛡️ Security & Protection

Necessary protection and safety arrangements must be provided during religious processions.

💳 Payment

Full payment is required upon completion of the program. No balance amount will be held pending.
